Task 3b: The Importance of communication skills for engineers

"Developing excellent communication skills is absolutely essential to effective leadership. The leader must be able to share knowledge and ideas to transmit a sense of urgency and enthusiasm to others. Additionally, this can also avoid any miscommunication among the team which will affect the team dynamics. Therefore, I believe that a leader must have excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise message to others and to ensure the successful completion of the task given.
