Task 3b: The Importance of communication skills for engineers

In my point of view, I personally feel that a leader must develop excellent communication skills to ensure that the team is able to cooperate and complete the task on hand successfully. Additionally, this can also avoid any miscommunication among the team which will affect the team dynamics. Therefore, I believe that a leader must have excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise message to others and to ensure the successful completion of the task given.
